Beginning his career in the medical field as a paramedic in 1986, then as a physician’s assistant before becoming a physician himself, attending medical school in Cambridge - Dr. Martin has built a life upon helping others.

Home from England in New Jersey for a break during medical school, Dr. Martin was intending to work in a clinical rotation, but was compelled instead to set up a mobile emergency hospital in New York to treat those affected by the attacks of 9/11. Dr. Martin changed from that experience. It gave him a deeper compassion for humanity, and strengthened his already great desire to help others. Something else changed through that experience, Dr. Martin had developed health complications from his service during the aftermath of that tragedy. Exploring every option he could, he eventually found success in energy healing. Ever wanting to help others in the most effective way, Dr. Martin explored these modalities through the Modern Mystery School where the treatments that helped him were learned. Finding continued success in these modalities, Dr. Martin has continued to learn further through the school, attaining certifications in various modalities as well as certifications to teach metaphysic classes.

At the core of Dr. Brian Martin’s nature is a deep-seeded care and compassion for others, and an overwhelming desire to help them. To heal the sick and injured through conventional methods as a physician, as a healer, and to help people through blocks in their life so that they may live a life of joy in his capacity as a certified Guide - teaching Empower Thyself and continuing to work with people in this capacity to help others to Know Thyself.

As an aside, I count myself fortunate to know that someone like this exists in the world. Someone who genuinely cares this much about others, and who is also open to the possibility of there being more to life than simply the routines of our day-to-day lives and who is willing to explore that potential of metaphysics and esotherica.
